Flame Photometer

Marka: Jenway

Model: PFP 7

It is a type of spectroscopy based on the measurement of the emission intensity of a sample at a certain wavelength. The sample is stimulated by the flame generated in the device and becomes basically stimulated. The excited atom emits as it returns to its base state. This emission passes through the filters reaching the detector and a quantitative value is obtained by generating a signal in the detector. Application areas are usually biological fluids and tissues. It is possible to measure Sodium (Na), Lithium (Li), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca) and Barium (Ba) elements in ppm order.
