Helium Pyknometer

Model:ULTRAPYC 1200E

Helium Pyknometer Aims to find out volume and true density bu using Archimedes’ principle of fluid mechanics and Boyle’s Law. In order for the accuracy of the measurements to be maximum, the overflowing liquid must be an inert gas that can enter to all pores except for the smallest ones. For this reason, Helium gas that can enter the dents and pores little atomic size with 0.25 nm diameter is regarded as suitable.  Helium’s actions as ideal gas are also a reason of preference. Generally, no measurable difference occurs when other gasses (such as nitrogen) are used, too.
