. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

Model: LC20-A Prominence

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a kind of chromatography based on the principle of diffusion of the elements in which the mobile phase converts into water, between mobile phase under high pressure and stable phase. The reasons for its common usage are; sensitivity, easily applicable to quantitative determination, its adaptation for non-volatile or easily decomposing compounds diffraction with heat. The most important reason is its widely applicability to the elements which industry, large of disciplines and the society are primarily interested. The examples for such compounds are amino acid, protein, nucleic acid, carbonhydrate, drugs and pesticide. HPLC Unit is formed of pump, degasifier, auto sampler and colonic furnace. SPD-M20A,RID-20A Refractive Index Absorbance, Spektrophotometric Fluorescense detectors and  C18,NH₂ , PAH colons exist. Saccharo analysis in honey ( glucose, fructose, sucrose ), HMF Analysis in fruit juices, Aflatoxin Analysis ( B1, B2, G1 and G2 ) in dried fruit ( pistachio, walnut, almond, apricot seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, etc. ), Phenolic Element Analysis can be done.
